Excellent service and good value. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

I really enjoyed staying in this stunningly beautifulsmall hotel. Great service, even though a few employees were nasty. The suite was huge, included a shower, toiletries and robes. Its comfy, central location was a plus. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

I loved to be in this place. The staff were amicable, helpful. The rooms were huge and gorgeous with private bathroom.

everything was great, the parking was on-site, the room was beautifully presented and huge. we got a room with bathtubs. the accommodation had a central location right by the bus stop. we stayed for 3 nights here, loved el rodadero district.

That was well-maintained hotel set in quiet area, adjacent to many shops and a shopping center and grocery store. The location of the venue was quiet and absolutely perfect - at a short distance from Museo Mundo Marino.

We were in Santa Marta for 3 days, had nice stay, the hotel was perfectly clean with perfect and convenient location super close to the beach. The service here was great! Location: the property was right by Santa Marta centre and the guest exclusive restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room at this luxurious hotel. We decided to upgrade to the deluxe suite and it was definitely worth it! The bed was massive and the room had plenty of space for us to relax in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. The breakfast provided was delicious and served in a lovely setting. We are already considering returning to this place in the near future.

Our stay was very comfortable and had a great time. The bed was cozy and sheets were clean, and there were no issues with water supply and toiletries in the bathroom. The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious breakfast served every morning.

The noise level could be improved as there were loud conversations and noise coming from the staff in the early morning, preventing us from sleeping. the hot tub wasn't functioning properly, which was a little disappointing.

We had a wonderful Christmas experience with great complementary offerings that made our stay enjoyable, with high-quality breakfast and attentive staff making it an excellent stay. the hotel's location offered easy access to restaurants and beach for beach fun. the relaxing atmosphere was excellent and helped us get the much-deserved rest that we needed.

Despite the wonderful Christmas experience, there were a few downsides which included occasional noise at night and the room cleanliness was not top-notch. the walls were thin, and our stay was disturbed by the noise from the surroundings, which was detrimental to our peace of mind.

We loved the clean and beautifully presented rooms, the relaxing atmosphere, and the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and bars. Transportation is available to Minca. The breakfast is exceptional and the pool is nice.

During my recent stay at Mandalas House By Dot Boutique, I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Ana Cecilia. She went above and beyond to ensure that every need was attended to and made my experience even better. The hotel facilities were great, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The hotel location is inconvenient with roadworks making it difficult to traverse the street safely. However, once you navigate the location, it's easy to walk to everything in El Rodadero and Rodadero main beach. The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff is very polite and friendly, ready to assist with any issues. The breakfast is lovely, and the hotel offers several great facilities to its guests.

The hotel was a bit inconsistent with cleaning and service during our stay.
